Daniela joined Lacan in 2008 and is currently in charge of the legal department of the invested companies, with a special focus on contracts. She is also in charge of coordinating the work of outside legal counselors. Before Lacan, Daniela worked as a senior lawyers in the finance and M&A department of Votorantim Celulose e Papel (now part of Suzano) and with 

contracts and M&A deals at Pinhão e Koiffman Advogados and MCF Advogados e 

Consultores.

Daniela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Specialization degree in Business and Contract Law  from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and an LLM degree in Financial and Banking Law from the University of London.
